How to Make Onion Relish
I prepare Pyaz Ka Lachcha– onion relish, from red onions, as they are sweeter and have a beautiful red/purple color. Onion relish is a delicious accompaniment to rogan josh, chicken makhani, sarson ka saag, masala choley, or any other meat, chicken or vegetarian dish.
